Return policy

All click and collect purchases can be returned within 14 days, a store voucher in the same value as the product returned will be issued to you.
 
Important! Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
 
Products that cannot be returned: 
Perishable items such as bulk food & cupboard products.
 
 Additional non-returnable items:
 – Gift cards
 – Health and personal care items
 
 To return your item please send or drop off to our store together with a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
 We might refuse returns if:
 – It shows obvious signs of use
 – The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
 
Once we receive your return, we will notify you, by email, within 7 working days. If you are approved, then your store voucher will be processed, and automatically sent to your email.

Missing items

 
Please ensure to check your order while you are at the shop so we can correct your order.
We cannot issue refunds, replacements or store credits for items missing or damaged if more than 24 hours has lapsed after your order was delivered.
 
We may change our terms and conditions at any time and these will come into effect immediately after posting onto website. You agree to be bound by these changes in return policy and recommend you check them regularly to stay informed.
